Joe’s Jerky is the creation of Jodie Lynn Patla and her father, Joe Robinson a Vietnam Veteran with over 40 years experience as a meatcutter in the supermarket industry.
Joe had a knack for creating some of the thinnest and most tasty meat snacks for family and friends who consistently asked him for more. It wasn’t long before word got out and local businesses wanted him to supply product as well.
